Personal Training
Inclusive & Beginner Friendly
Fitness is a journey & a long-term commitment to your health & wellbeing, but it can be hard to get started & stay motivated.
This is especially true when you are new to fitness or have additional barriers to exercise, such as low confidence for whatever reason.
My mission is to help you connect with your "why" when it comes to getting fit & feeling healthier, help you stay accountable, as well as provide motivation & encouragement in each session & throughout your programme.
I'll create a workout plan customised to you, listen to your needs & help you build your knowledge of fitness, confidence in yourself & comfort in your body.
All Ages & Abilities Welcome
Genuinely Inclusive Support
As a trainer with a physical difference, I know what it's like to be fearful of fitness environments & instructors.
I know the importance of inclusive exercise & of feeling understood, accepted & unjudged.
Whether you're new to exercise, returning to it or working towards a specific goal, I'll create a safe & suitable programme for your abilities & needs. This is a real benefit of personal training if you have any contraindications to exercise or low confidence.
Scoliosis & Spinal Fusion
Tailored Support From A Trainer With Your Condition
As a trainer with Scoliosis & Spinal Fusion, (Fused T4 - L4), I know exactly what it's like to have the condition & undergo major surgery. I can relate to all aspects of the emotional, mental & physical side of it.
I became a trainer to help empower & support others with the condition to feel confident & strong inside & out, whether you've just been diagnosed, are prepping for or recovering from surgery, or looking to manage the condition long-term.
